Yesterday, I was asked by my follower Karen on Twitter to make a shirt in support of Jack Jablonski, who, if you are not aware, is a high school hockey player currently in the hospital and paralyzed from a check he received from behind. His condition is tenuous at best, having severely bruised his spinal chord.
Now, those of you that have been following me for a while know that I have done charity shirts before. This, however, is different as I have never done a charity design for someone who is living. This makes me apprehensive, as I would hate to offend someone. A support shirt is much different from a memorial shirt, at least to me, which is why I’m posting the design for review before I make it into a shirt. Proceeds would go to Jabby’s (as he is known by his teammates and friends) Caring Bridge page.
Please, I sincerely want to know what you think of this design.
